You can also directly select "Skip" in the upper right corner of the picture above to skip logging in. However, this will cause the data monitored by the smart watch to not be synchronized to the mobile phone. But no matter which login method you choose, it will not affect the use of the smart watch itself.

In the event that you encounter challenges receiving the email verification code, we recommend trying the following methods to resolve the issue.

 

1. Invalid email address:


(1) Please carefully check whether the email address you entered is correct. If you enter any wrong characters, the verification code will not be received.



2. The verification code cannot be received after repeated sending multiple times:


(1) Check whether the mobile phone network is normal, and try to receive other emails.

(2) Wait for a few minutes and get the verification code again.

(3) Check whether the mailbox is full. If yes: Please delete some emails before receiving them.



3. Junk mailbox:


(1) Go to the junk mail to find it.

(2) One is that the mail service provider determines that the verification code email is spam, and it is recommended to try to change the mailbox of a different service provider.

(3) The second is that the user has set up junk mailbox filtering by himself, and can choose "Move to Inbox".
