Jason Wachob is the poster child for today's dynamism, but eight years ago, as the author of Wellth and founder of MindBodyGreen, a website with comprehensive health preferences, he could hardly get out of bed in the morning.

I thought, if yoga doesn't work out, I'll just have surgery and I'll be fine."
So he started yoga, with only five positions around his waist. Week after week, he began to feel better. The pain lessened gradually and then disappeared completely. "It's really important to get the right teacher and practice." Jason says he chose natural exercise over surgery. "You need to stick with it long enough to see the benefits."While Wachob found a cure through yoga, there are many options for managing pain and healing the body through movement.
